Right in the heart of Pálava Region in the most beautiful place of the picturesque village of Bavory, in the immediate vicinity of Mikulov you'll find a partially newly built and partially reconstructed complex of buildings, gardens, country terraces and old historic cellars. These cellars were connected to an exceptional functional unit as part of the reconstruction. It is mainly a family business situated right in the vineyards, and is there an amazing view of the picturesque village framed by the breathtaking panorama of the Pálava Hills.

With a little bit of luck you might spot a majestic couple of sea eagles circling around in the sky above Orlí Hnízdo (Eagle's Nest). We named entire complex according to this largest European eagle and at the same time the largest predator in the Czech Republic. It is South Moravia that is one of the places in the Czech Republic where, in recent years, this rare species has been abundant. At the nearby Nové Mlýny reservoirs and in their surroundings, these majestic predators can be seen more and more often, despite they mostly only winter and even nest in smaller numbers throughout the year in the Pálava Region.
